Turkey Bacon and Monterrey Jack Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burgers

1 lb of ground turkey
1 egg
3 slices of turkey bacon
1/2 onion cut into rings
Monterrey jack cheese
1 tbsp mrs dash fiesta lime
1tbsp of mesquite seasoning
2tbspn of cajun seasoning
1 tspn of chili powder
1 tbspn of liquid smoke
1 tspn of buffalo sauce
2 tbspn of worchestershire sauce
1 tspn of ginger
1 tbspn of whiskey
1 tspn of paprika

1) Cook turkey bacon and set aside
2) Combine ground turkey and seasonings in a bowl and mix
3) Add egg and mix
4) Break turkey bacon and add. Mix
5) Remove small amount of ground turkey and form patty
6) Add cheese to patty
7) Add equal amount of ground turkey on top of cheese and form a ball
8) Add turkey balls to a heated pan and olive oil
9) Cook to desired liking
10) Caramelize onions and microwave salsa
11) Place burger on bun and top with salsa then onions

Makes 4-5 burgers
